Qacha’sNek, Nov.10–A mosotho male aged 56 and a female aged 22 years have today appeared before Qacha’snek Magistrate Court charged with contravention of the provisions of Section 10 (1) read with 32 of the Sexual Offenses Act No.3 of 2003.
According to the evidence presented in court, male accussed, around September and October unlawfully and intentionally raped two girls aged 14 and 12 years interchangeable and in return offered them less than M20 each.
The female accused induced these girls to allow the male to commit an unlawful sexual act unto the girls.
