Maseru, Jan.31– Advocate Kabelo Letuka, one of the defence lawyers in a case in which nine army members are charged with among others the murder of Maaparankoe Mahao says Former Commissioner of Police (COMPOL) Khothatso Tsooana is an untrustworthy witness.
The lawyer stated that the witness has in his evidence said nothing relevant to the trial. He indicated that what the witness said were political stunts to reflect the views of members of All Basotho Convention (ABC).
