Mafeteng, July 12 — The Mafeteng Magistrate Court has cautioned and discharged a 47 year old Hlophisang Thunts’a of Mohale’s Hoek Siloe for illegal possession of livestock.
According to evidence led before court the accused on April 24, 2023 was found in possession of illegal livestock thus contravening with section 8(1) of Stock Theft Act of 2000.
It indicated that the convict was driving 16 cattle from one place to another without legal documents hence his arrest and conviction.
