CASE MOVES TO HIGH COURT

Maseru, Sept.12— A corruption case involving over M130 million belonging to the Disaster Management Authority (DMA) is expected to proceed before the High Court on dates yet to be scheduled. 

This comes following a directive that the case be moved from the Magistrate Court to the High Court in order to proceed.
