Maseru, Oct.30–The Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Lesotho to the United Nations New York, Ambassador Matete ‘Nena and the Permanent Representative of The Kingdom of Bhutan to the United Nations, Ambassador Pema Lektup Dorji, signed a Memorandum of Understanding at ambassadorial level, formally establishing diplomatic relations between Lesotho and Bhutan.
