Maseru, Oct.30—- The high court through Justice Moroke Mokhesi will on December 04-05 2024 hear arguments in the Mohale Dam Murder Trial which is currently in a trial within trial.
The trial within trial is intended to establish admissibility of evidence that the admissions, confessions and pointing out made by the accused in the matter were free and voluntary.
