VENDORS CRY FOUL

Maseru, Jan.21 — Roma Street vendors are crying foul about their shacks and stalls that are going to be removed along the National University of Lesotho (NUL) fence from Ha-Scout to Selakheng.

Speaking in an interview, one of the vendors Mr. Moruti Khotso said  this is  a vulnerable situation as  some of them depend solely on the stalls to make a living for themselves and their families.

Mr. Khotso added that this is also unfortunate as it happens at the beginning of the year when they must pay school fees for their children saying that this is going to have an immense impact on them in terms of finances…
