Maseru, Apr. 03— With 51 cases registered for the 2023 October session of the Court of Appeal, another 50 cases have been registered for the first session of the Court which is scheduled to commence on Monday next week.
During the April 2023 first session of the Court of Appeal only 36 cases were registered.
The Court of Appeal has been operating with judges comprising the President of the Court of Appeal Professor Kananelo Mosito together with Justices Petrus Damaseb, Moses Chinghengo, Dr. Johann Van de Westeheizen, and Philip Musonda as well as November Mtshiya of Zimbabwe who however passed away in August 2023 at the age of 77.
