Maseru,Jul 11 — Some of the high profile cases which litigants and the society are anxiously looking forward to their finality are expected to see progress next month as they are scheduled to proceed.
The cases include one proceeding before Justice Charles Hungwe in which nine members of the Lesotho Defence Force (LDF) together with Former Army Commander Tlali Kamoli are charged with the murder of Brigadier Maaparankoe Mahao. It is alleged that they shot and killed Mahao on June 25 2015 at Ha-Lekete in Mokema. . .
