Maseru, Jul. 11 — The United Nations Fund for Population Activities (UNFPA) will commemorate the World Population Day which will be held in Leribe on July 20, 2023.
The theme for this year’s event is ”Unleashing the power of gender equality, uplifting the voices of women and girls to unlock our world’s infinite possibilities”.
According to the UNFPA Press Release dated July 10, the commemoration will be held in Leribe having been identified as one district with highest reported cases of sexual assaults in the country. . .
