BRUSH CONTROL IN PROGRESS IN 12 CATCHMENTS


 
Quthing, August 16 – – The ongoing poverty reduction activities at twelve (12) catchments in
four (4) constituencies of the Quthing district have been launched with removal of invaders
shrubs (brush control) in pastures.
 
The activities led by the district department of Forestry, Range and Soil Conservation that
have provided temporary employment to more than 80 labourers are carried out by the
department under the Poverty Reduction Programme.
