Leribe, Dec. 04 — In preparation for Lesotho Lowlands Water Development Project Phase III (LLWDSP III) a workshop training is held for Joint Committee at Hlotse in Leribe.
The Joint Committee is made up of chiefs and community councils whom their Electoral Divisions are to be affected by the project.
Addressing the participants from the two districts of Butha Buthe and Leribe, Environment and Social Safe Guards Manager Mr. Mosiuoa Mohlouoa said this is the first meeting after after the Joint Committee was formed.
He mentioned that the purpose of the workshop is to equip them with enough knowledge on the project so that they are able to disseminate information to others about it.
In addition, he highlighted that the meetings are to be held as many times as possible, whereby LLWDSP III will give out details on the progress. . .
