MASIPHOLE’S EXPULSION LOSS TO AD – NYAI

Maseru, Jan 03 — Alliance of Democrats (AD) Deputy Spokesperson Mr. Manko Nyai says expulsion of the former AD candidate for Phamong Mr. Mat’sana ‘Malebalaba’ Masiphole during the October 07, 2023 general elections is likely to affect the party’s membership in the constituency.

Mr. Nyai told the Agency on Wednesday that AD has resolved to fire Mr. Masiphole together with Mr. Molefe Tlali from Koro-Koro for bringing the party into disrepute and in the process violating clause 9 for the party’s constitution which spells clearly how a member should conduct oneself.

He said both Mr. Masiphole and Mr. Tlali were hurled before the party’s disciplinary hearing but that they failed to appear before the hearing and that the disciplinary committee duly recommended for their immediate expulsion from the party. >>
