Leribe, Mar. 16 — The Minister of Tourism, Sports and Arts says Moshoeshoe’s Day Horse Race by Ramela Foundation has initiated sports tourism concept into reality.
Mr. Motlatsi Maqelepo highlighted this at Moshoeshoe’s Day Horse Race held at Peka Race Course in Leribe on Saturday.
The event was also in celebration of Bishop David Ramela 60th birthday celebration.
Mr. Maqelepo explained that sports tourism has come into action whereby domestic tourists and international tourists come together.
Additionally, he pointed out that domestic tourists come from one area in the country to the race while international tourists come from other countries.
