Mafeteng, August 08 — The Matelile Police Post are investigating a case whereby a 49-year-old man of Ha Setlakotlako in Matelile is suspected to have sexually abused his daughter.
In an interview with the Officer Commanding Matelile Police Post Inspector Moseli Matlosa said the suspect was arrested yesterday following allegations that he is sexually abusing his 16-year-old stepdaughter during the absence of his wife who is working as a domestic worker in town.
He highlighted that the preliminary investigations stated that theĀ suspectĀ Ā proposed a love affair to the victim but she refused and reported the matter to her uncle who took it to the Area Chief then to the police hence his arrest. . .
