SUSPECT OFFERS VICTIM M2 AFTER AN ALLEDGED RAPE

Mohale’s Hoek, Oct.03 — The case of a 34-years-old man from Kubake Thato Panyane who is suspected of repeatedly raping a 13-year-old girl, will be back in court on Thursday.

The evidence brought before the court showed that Panyane allegedly raped the victim who is a child to the elder sister of his wife, in May 2021, after the latter had asked the accused for permission to watch television in his house.

The victim indicated that as she was about to leave Panyane threw her on a couch in the kitchen and started raping her, then ordered her not to breathe a word to anyone, noting that he had no money to offer the victim at that time.
