Maseru, Feb 20 — The potential and actual values that Business Process Automation (BPA) brings to the Public Sector, organisations together with the government and how it would benefit them in different aspects such as security data should be prioritized by the public sector.
This was said by the Public Sector Product Manager of Caseware Africa Mr. Stephan van der Merwe at the second day of the ongoing African Association of Accountants General (AAAG) summit in Maseru.
While making his presentation, Mr. van der Merwe said the use of technology would be to automate and streamline the reparative, routine and manual process within an organisation, potentials of the technology included having less errors in the system.
