Maseru, May,06 — With the prevailing rate of substance abuse going on within youth across the country, the newly launched ‘Mokhosi Oa ‘Mangoana’ (MOM) is hoping to establish a rehabilitation centre.
This emerged in an interview with the association’s Public Relations Officer Ms. Ponts’o Tumisi on Monday.
In this interview, Ms. Tumisi indicated that the plan is to have a team of well qualified professionals to work on processes of rehabilitation and programmes facilitation. . .
