WINDSTORM BLOWS AWAY ROOFING

Qacha’sNek, Aug.15 — Mr. Thoalanzima Daemane of Mosaqane is stranded after a strong wind blew away his single room roof.

This tragedy forced him to seek alternative shelter from his brother-in-law (Sbale).

In an interview with the Agency, Mosaqane Councillor, Mrs. Nocaya Sekoloko said when she learnt about the incident, she immediately drafted a letter referring the victim to the Disaster Management Authority (DMA).

“He is vulnerable and this tragedy is taking a toll on him. It is as though he is loosing his mind as this added to many of his problems such as lack of food,” she said. . .
