ACL’S MOTHERS’ UNION DONATES HYGIENE KITS TO UNDERPRIVILEGED PUPILS

Qacha’sNek,Aug.18—In honor of the founder of the Mothers’ Union movement, the Anglican Church of Lesotho (ACL) – St. Barnabas Parish Mothers’ Union  distributed  hygiene kits to seven Qacha’s Nek United Primary School students.

The kits, containing essential items such as bar soap, washing powder, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and Vaseline, were a gesture of support for the students.

Although the event is usually held annually on August 9, it was postponed due to the unavailability of the parish priests.

In an interview with the Agency on Sunday, Mothers’ Union Parish Leader Mrs. Mamanamolela Sekhotla explained that the recipients were students from Grades 1 to 7…
