Mohale’s Hoek, October.06—The Assistant Administration Manager, Mr. Keketso Chigando has on Friday expressed his disappointment about what he noted as failure of civil servants to adhere to Operation Hloekisa Lesotho initiative.
This transpired in an interview with the Agency whereby the latter noted that even though Heads Of Departments agreed in their previous meeting to release staff members, the attendance proved otherwise.
