Mohale’s Hoek, April.29– The case of a 40 year old man from Ha- Maphohloane Samuel Sello whom the court reports to be an habitual assault offender, has been postponed pending psychiatric evaluation.
Sello who has been remanded in custody is proclaimed to have assaulted one Constable Setona around March 2023, by kicking the latter all over the body and punching him with fists, with the intention of inflicting physical injury.
