JUDGMENT SCHEDULED FOR JUNE

Maseru,Apr. 29— The Court of Appeal will on June 14 2024 deliver a judgment in a case in which a proposed motion of no confidence against the Prime Minister together with 9th Amendment to the Constitution are being challenged.

This comes after the Court heard the case late after other cases registered for the April session were heard and judgments which are scheduled to be delivered on Friday were already being prepared.

Democratic Congress (DC), Basotho National Party (BNP) and Popular Front for Democracy (PFD) have approached the Court of Appeal after they lost a case against Puseletso Lejone, Speaker of National Assembly, the Prime Minister and others.
