Maseru, May. 03— The Court of Appeal has on Friday dismissed an appeal by the Basotho Action Party (BAP) which was challenging a decision of the High Court made in favour of the party’s former member Mr. Lebohang Thotanyane and another.
Thotanyane who was Secretary General of the BAP together with Marathane Ntsaba, Chairperson of the Teya-Teyaneng Constituency within the party, had last year approached the High Court for its intervention after the party called the special conference.
