Qacha’sNek, July.26 — A 33-year old Mr. Ts’eliso Nthethe of Mohale’sHoek, Qabane has appeared before Resident Magistrate ‘Mampho Mokoena seeking bail.
He is accused of raping a girl aged 18 from his village on July 16, 2023.
The court heard that the girl was going to another village WHILE walking with her younger brother whom upon his arrival, the accused ordered him to return home as he will assist with the bags he carried.
The boy did as instructed, it was then that the accused insulted the victim before raping her.
