DELAYS FRUSTRATE JUSTICE SYSTEM-JUDGE 

Maseru, Jul.11—-Justice Charles Hungwe, a judge presiding over the bombings case against Former Commander of the Lesotho Defence Force (LDF) Tlali Kamoli and some army members, says delays frustrate the justice system. 

This he said on Thursday after one of the defence lawyers, Advocate Raboletsi Makara requested for a postponement to Wednesday next week. Adv. Makara who was on a watching brief in this case was on Wednesday appointed as legal representative for one of the accused,Heqoa Malefane, after his lawyer Adv. Thapelo Ntsiki withdrew his services…
