Maseru, April 30 – The Deputy Speaker in the National Assembly Mrs. Tsepang Ts’ita-Mosena has commended the National Assembly for having made a significant contribution after passing the Labour Bill, 2024 as well as the Occupational Safety and Health Bill, 2023.
When addressing Members in the National Assembly on Tuesday, Mrs. Tsíta-Mosena stated that these two bills which have now become Acts of parliament are a milestone of the 11th parliament towards improving the working conditions of the workers.
She therefore stated that it would be befitting to commemorate this year’s Workers Day knowing that the workers have the acts of parliament which cover them in their work places. . .
