Mafeteng, Sept. 29 — The first voter at Makena High School Electoral Division Mrs. Maphokoane Tsehlo of Phatleng within Tsanatala Community Council says she feels honoured to cast her vote for Local Government Elections.
She said since the announcement of the election day she was telling herself that she is entitled to vote to participate in implementation of rural developments.
Mrs. Ts’ehlo indicated that the outgoing community councils within her area have done nothing as even today their roads are still poor, no access to clean water and shortage of electricity.
