Maseru, Sept. 28 — One of the first voters at Maseru Municipal Council (MMC) 07 Ha Thetsane, Room E Thetsane High School placed his ballot paper in a wrong box when casting his vote.
Mr. Tumo Mothibe aged 53 of Thetsane Zone A2 told the Agency that after casting his vote, he realised that he had put his vote in the wrong box.
Mr. Mothibe who is also Public Relations Officer (PRO) within the development committee in his area said he was cautioned that the mistake would be rectified during counting after closure of the centre.
