Quthing, Sept. 06 — Returning Officers from 84 Electoral Divisions in the district will meet candidates to contest for Local Government (LG) at the IEC offices in the electoral divisions within five community councils and Urban councils in the district on Friday this week.
In an interview the IEC Quthing District Electoral Assistant Mr. Chababane Letsitsi said the meetings are intended to give attendants an opportunity to share views and decide on the location of voting stations within their electoral divisions respectively.
He stated that the resolution of the LG elections contestants both representing their political parties and the independent will assist the IEC district office to come up with the number of voting stations to be established in each of the community councils and Urban Councils.
