Qacha’s Nek, Nov.15 — Pheellong Independent candidate, Mr. Morenamang Mosola has today been elected as the new urban council chairperson deputed by RFP special seats candidate, Mrs. ‘Malerato Senauoane.
He won with eight votes against his opponent Mr. Motsamai Ramasipha who got six votes.
This transpired at the swearing in of Councillors today.
On the other hand, Mrs. Senauoane got eight votes against Mrs. ‘Mateboho Ntloane, Thaba-ts’oeu Councillor. . .
