Maseru, Apr. 03 — The government, through the Disaster Management Authority (DMA) has managed to recover M1, 655, 047.00 of the M3, 070, 000.00 which was mistakenly paid to Tsoha o Iketsetse labourers.
This is according to the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office Mr. Limpho Tau in his statement delivered in the National Assembly.
Mr. Tau disclosed that DMA is due to recover the remaining M1, 414, 953. 00, saying the Authority was supposed to pay 614 labourers M500.00 each but the officer who made payments, mistakenly paid M5,000 in front of the first name which appeared first on the list and applied to all…
