LAWYER TAKES BRIEF BACK 

Maseru, Feb.17— Advocate Motene Rafoneke, one of the prosecution lawyers in an ongoing treason trial who announced last week that they no longer have a brief in the matter has on Monday registered his appearance in the case. 

He told the court that his issues have been resolved therefore he is back on board. 

On Monday last week, Adv. Rafoneke together with Adv. Rethabile Setlojoane informed the court that they would not be able to proceed with the case as they no longer have a brief adding that they have filed an application for withdrawal from the case.  They insisted that their relationship with the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) who gave them the brief, was damaged therefore they could not continue to work together…
