Qacha’s Nek,July.14 — District Administrator (DA) Mr. Mantsi Ts’eane says preparations for King Letsie III’s 60th birthday (diamond jubilee) milestone celebration is off course.
In an interview with the Agency, Mr. Ts’eane said nothing has been communicated about the celebration so far.
“I tried to follow up with the organizing committee but there is still nothing,” he said. . .
