MENKHOANENG HAS NEVER ACCESSED WATER

Leribe, Aug. 09 — The Chairperson of Menkhoaneng Community Council Chieftainess ‘Masempe Selebalo says her community members are  facing  water scarcity due to lack of rain.

Explaining to the Agency, Chieftainess Masempe said Menkhoaneng Community has not accessed water services until now.

She explained that the community failed to have the water system even during Dr. Jonathan Lebua’s reign when most of the villages had water.

She said the population in the said community is increasing and the water wells do not provide enough water for all of them. . .
