Maseru, Jun. 24– In celebration of International Widows day, the Deputy Speaker in the National Assembly Mrs. Tsépang T’sita-Mosena says the needs of widows must be brought to the forefront with their voices leading the way.
Mrs. Mosena it is devastating to loose a partner and is a life changing experience for many women, magnified by a long-term fight for their basic rights and dignity, ”indeed, widows have historically been left unseen, unsupported and unmeasured in our society”, she said.
