NO FLOOR CROSSING FOR BAP – RAKUOANE

Maseru, Nov.08—Popular Front for Democracy (PFD) Leader Advocate Lekhetho Rakuoane says Basotho Action Party (BAP) move to the government side in the National Assembly is not necessarily floor crossing.

Speaking in one of the local radio stations today, he said that in essence floor crossing is when a Member of Parliament (MP) for a certain party defect from his or her party to another thus going against the party he or she was elected under.

He said that what BAP did is similar to floor crossing though they have not defected from their party. . .
