Maseru, Sept.18— President of the Court of Appeal Professor Kananelo Mosito says he will consult with Chief Justice Sakoane Sakoane on an issue of appointing additional judges for the Court of Appeal.
He stated that with 51 cases enrolled for the upcoming second session of the Court of Appeal scheduled to commence on October 16 2023, there is need to engage appointment of more judges. He indicated that another option would be to proceed with half of the cases and postpone another half to the next session.
