Maseru, Sept.18—-The High Court through Justice Maseforo Mahase is yet to consider urgency in a case in which a member of Democratic Congress (DC) Bokang Ramatsella is seeking deregistration of Revolution for Prosperity (RFP) from political party list by the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC).
Legal Representative for the applicant Advocate Tembo Lesupi insisted that the matter is urgent therefore should be heard on urgent basis. He argued that the matter is of public interest as the IEC uses public funds to sponsor political parties. He added that there are Local Government Elections coming which call for the case to be dealt with urgently.
