Maseru, Sept.12—Following lengthy delays, a case in which some army members are accused of killing three men at Mafeteng in 2012 is set to proceed on October 13 2023.
The case could not proceed on several occasions as recording machines within the judiciary were not working for months after they were attacked by a virus.
