Berea, Nov. 22 — Lesotho Cricket Association (LCA) says efforts to revive and to introduce cricket as a sporting code in schools is their priority area for the next sporting calendar.
LCA Public Relations Officer Rets’elisitsoe Monyatsi confirmed the development during an interview with LENA.
Mr. Monyatsi said for many years, districts such as Maseru and Berea used to dominate cricket and it is a clear indication that many people are still not familiar with the sport, hence the initiative to revive and introduce cricket in schools.
