SEFOLI ROPED IN FOR LIKUENA TWO FRIENDLY GAMES

Maseru, Jan. 06 — The Lesotho Football Association (LeFA) says it has roped in the Peka born and Upington City defender, Thato Sefoli to be part of the Likuena squad that will play training matches against Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) bound Mozambique and South Africa on Saturday and Wednesday at FNB Stadium and Lucas Moripe Stadium respectively.

LeFA Media Officer, Mr. Mikia Kalati said “Masha”, as the Peka born defender is popularly known, previously played for Lioli in his home country, and has been a key member of Upinton City squad that have been impressive in their first year in the South African second tier Motsepe Foundation championship, where they are in fourth position and three point behind Tswarelo Bereng’s Orbit College.

‘The defender has featured in 15 out of the 17 games played thus far’ he highlighted
