THE AGED PERSPECTIVE TOWARDS 200 YEARS

Maseru, March. 28 – The Basotho concept known as  “LETSEMA”, remains a critical aspect for promotion if Lesotho is to successfully celebrate 200 years foot prints of the Basotho nation.

This is the perspective of one  retired History and Sesotho Teacher, Mrs. ‘Mamasakane Jane Kathekiso aged 77 years old of Lower Thamae, Maseru.

Nkhono Kathekiso known as ‘Nyolohelo’ told the Agency in an interview on Thursday that ‘LETSEMA’, otherwise group of people gathered together to achieve a certain goal has since 1824 been Morena Moshoeshoe l style of doing things that has proved to be working since  then. . .
