PASSAGE OF THE 11th AMENDMENT TO CONSTITUTION

Maseru, Apr. 18 — National reforms is evaluation or change resulting from amendment of legal or political malpractices.

The National Reforms Authority (NRA) hosted a workshop with members of the senate in Maseru, to create a common understanding on the proposals contained in the 11th Amendment to the Constitution Bill known as the Omnibus Constitutional Bill.

Justice Nthomeng Majara, Deputy Prime Minister, mentioned that reforms is a very big job in the country that brings changes in order to improve it.

“With the 11th Amendment, there was a challenge of the case that was opened at the Court of Appeal, which resulted in the delay of the passing of that bill,” she said.
