CASE CHALLENGING RECALL OF PARLIAMENT MOVES TO FRIDAY 

Maseru, Aug.15 — A constitutional case instituted challenging the recall of the 11th parliament which was scheduled to proceed on Tuesday was moved to Friday for hearing. 

The case which has been allocated to Judges Maseforo Mahase, Moroke Mokhesi and Polo Banyane could not proceed as not all court papers needed for hearing were available.

Meanwhile the court was served with other papers in the morning prior to the proceedings.
