Maseru, May 23— The High Court through Justice Maliepollo Makhetha has on Thursday overruled an objection raised by the defence in an ongoing treason trial against two politicians, former army commander and some army members.
The defence had raised the objection on the admissibility of evidence by a second witness Mr. Moshoeshoe Sehloho, former Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Defence.
