CBL RESTORES BANKING SERVICES

Maseru, Dec. 23 – The Central Bank of Lesotho (CBL)  has restored its banking services with effect from yesterday, Friday following cyber security incident.

Information from CBL has shown that the bank has recovered and the payment system services have been restored with effect from yesterday, Friday  thus regrets the inconvenience and the frustration the disruption has caused.

In this regard, the bank has thanked the Bankers Association of Lesotho (BAL), for ensuring that inter-bank payments did not come to a complete halt. . .
