CHRISTIANS CELEBRATE RESURRECTION

Maseru, April 21 — Christians from different  denominations attended services in celebration of Resurrection Sunday.

Resurrection otherwise Easter Sunday  is said to  mark  Jesus’s resurrection after He was crucified on Easter Friday, where His body was taken from the cross and buried in a cave tomb as according to Christian Calendar of those recognising the day.

Singing Alleluya and Hosanna Hymns, Christians rejoiced and chanted in celebration of their salvation after Jesus paid the price on the Cross.

The Agency visited amongst others, St. Mary and St. James Anglican  Church, where Dean Reverend Ralebakeng Ramabanta led a mass service. ENDS/AM/TL
