Maseru, Mar. 25 — In a significant development in the fight against COVID-19, the Ministry of Health has announced the availability of COVID-19 medication at 10 district hospitals across Lesotho.
This crucial information was disclosed by Mrs. Mapalesa Moahloli, a Village Health Worker stationed at Thamae Health Centre addressing patients.
Mrs. Moahloli stated that with the resurgence of flu-like symptoms associated with the return of COVID-19, the Ministry took proactive measures to ensure the availability of medication for individuals experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
The prescribed treatment regimen consists of a five-day course, with three pills to be taken three times a day, following strict time-sensitive guidelines for optimal efficacy.
