Berea, Apr. 01 — Residents of Ha Ramachine are in a state of distress as they grapple with a severe water crisis following a borehole incident that occurred on February 02.
This was said by Ms. Matakalo Hlale, the Chieftainess at Ha Ramachine during an interview with the Agency on Tuesday.
Ms. Hlale revealed that the Chinese company responsible for crushing into the borehole has claimed that it is currently awaiting insurance approval to address the damage caused by their truck driver.
Moreover, the borehole which was intended to provide a reliable source of clean water, has instead led to a significant reduction in water supply for residents. MM/TL
